About Jackie Raley

Jackie is a lifelong resident of Knox County and a conservative Republican. She grew up in Fountain City where she still resides today with her husband of 36 years. She is not a politician and considers herself a true public servant. Jackie’s experience and qualifications make her uniquely qualified for the role of Assessor of Property. With 9 plus years in the office Jackie is the most experienced candidate who believes in providing taxpayers with a fair and accurate assessment of their property value. She will be at work every day and willing to meet with taxpayers, with or without an appointment, to discuss their concerns. She has the experience, work ethic, and leadership skills to continue moving the Assessor’s office forward with education and training, prompt courteous service, and the latest technology. Jackie will go the extra mile to serve the taxpayer and believes that elected officials should be accessible to the public.

In addition to her professional qualifications, Jackie is dedicated to serving her community. As the former cheer coach at Central High School for over a decade, she and her Team accumulated over 10,000 hours of community service during her tenure. Jackie is passionate about being a role model for young women and believes in investing in their lives to teach them the importance and value of serving others and giving back to the community. In her free time, she enjoys running the trac at Central, and Harley riding with her husband.
